All necessary communications will be installed on each land plot in Hillside Estate. A central water supply and sewage system will be arranged for the convenience of residents. We will also install an energy-efficient outdoor electric lighting system throughout the complex to ensure safety and security at night. In addition, an irrigation system will be installed in the Central Park to keep the trees and plants healthy and well-maintained. A management company will be responsible for maintaining the public spaces in the complex. We are committed to making Hillside Estate fully accessible for people with disabilities.

At Hillside Estate, our goal is to create a unique ecosystem within the complex. To achieve this, we will be creating a Central Park on a 15,000 square meter piece of land. The park will feature bicycle trails, playgrounds, a tennis court, a soccer field, and areas for exercise and children's entertainment. In addition to the existing plants, we will be planting a variety of trees and plants in the Central Park, according to a special dendrological project. We have taken the local climate into consideration when choosing the trees and plants, and we have also conducted a laboratory study of the soil to ensure their success.
