About the project
Hillside Estates is an exclusive residential complex designed with contemporary urban trends in mind. The project area covers 14 hectares, which is divided into 90 plots of land.
All necessary communications are connected to each plot, and a central water supply and sewage system has been installed throughout the area. Energy-efficient outdoor lighting has been installed in the complex.
location
The Hillside Estate gives you the opportunity to escape the noise of the city and enjoy closeness to nature. The residential complex is located a 25-minute drive from Tbilisi and just 5 kilometers from the center of Saguramo. From the territory, there are stunning panoramic views of the Tskneti Valley and the Caucasus Mountains.
To reach Hillside Estate, you do not have to navigate through narrow roads in densely populated areas. Access to the complex is possible directly from the central roadway, which adds extra comfort for our residents.
Central Park
Our desire is to create a distinct ecosystem in the residential area. For this purpose, a central park, bicycle paths, playgrounds, exercise spaces, and a children's entertainment zone will be arranged over an area of 15,000 square meters. In addition to natural greenery, about 500 additional plants have been planted in the central park.
